F&A Modular Homes was started as a solution to veteran homelessness in America, and after the devastating California fires, we wanted to find an inexpensive yet efficient way to house those who lost their homes in the fires. Our Modular ADU's allow us to manufacture high quality homes that are easily transported. They can be transported completely built and placed on foundation or sent flat packed and assembled on site, which allows them to be shipped throughout the country. By following California building codes, these homes can be permanent or temporary structures, and are able to be moved even years after assembly. Working with our California partners, we are able to fulfill our purpose of housing those in need.

As the team behind Little Saigon and Phuoc Loc Tho, we're leading the charge in the housing industry with our cutting- edge vertically aligned construction methods, boasting an impressive buildout time of 3-6 weeks once local utilities are installed. Our streamlined approach prioritizes speed and effectiveness without compromising on quality, while our ADUs integrate advanced smart home technology to promote energy efficiency, energy independence and enhance healthcare aspects.
